I can’t find the extension’s icon

It’s behind the puzzle icon in the toolbar. Click the puzzle icon, then the pin next to the extension.

The sign-in window closes without signing me in

Try again and finish the sign-in in the window that opens. If it keeps closing, sign in with your email address instead, or write to support.

I paid, but the extension still shows the free plan

Plan changes reach the extension within a few seconds. Close the extension and open it again, and check that you’re signed in with the account you paid with. Still on the free plan after a minute? Write to support from the email address you paid with.

A feature says I’ve used up my free uses

The free plan includes a set number of uses. [FILL IN: how many, and when they reset, e.g. “10 per day, reset at midnight”] Upgrade for more uses.

Something else

Write to support and include your browser, the extension’s version (on chrome://extensions), and what you were doing when it happened.
